Who is Jack?
Jack is our imaginary friend, ready to serve you. Jack recommends cards for you, finds your cards in the warehouse, prepares and sends your packages, and generally solves your problems. He solves our problems as well—rather nice chap he is. In fact, we just sit around and let Jack do everything. Sorry to disappoint, but in the real world, there’s no Jack, we just liked the sound of Jack Cards. But in our imaginary world, Jack rocks!
Why would somebody use Jack Cards?
We’re glad you asked.
1) Membership is free!
2) Think about how much time it takes to go to the card store and pick the right card.
3) We’ll help you find the perfect card quickly and easily (while you’re in pj’s!).
4) We’ll deliver that card to your doorstep (or mailbox) just in time for you to personalize and mail on time.
5) We’ll learn that you’re a twenty-two-year-old female looking for a very serious golf card for your uncle’s 63rd birthday (if that’s who in fact you are).
6) No more belated (or worse yet, missed!) birthdays or anniversaries. No more excuses like "I used to buy cards early and forget to send them" or "sometimes I’d schedule a trip to the card store only to forget" or "sometimes I didn't have a stamp to send the card". And what's most important - no more guilt!
7) Our cards are not your typical variety. We’ve sorted through hundreds of designers and selected only the best. You’ll find an awesome variety of awesome cards for any occasion.
8) Can you say holiday-card addressing and stamping?
Can I address and stamp my own cards?
Yes, of course you can. Or alternatively if you're strapped for time you can choose to have Jack Cards stamp and address them for you. You decide what works best.
Who founded and/or manages Jack Cards?
Jack Cards was founded and is managed by Katherine Santer and Kim Dowds. We think they’re swell :), and you can learn all about them in the About Us section of the website.
Do you send to International customers?
Yes we do! For delivery to customers anywhere outside the US, we unfortunately have to charge $1.90 per card for shipping. We aim to reduce this cost soon, so if you create an account, and select to receive our news, we'll let you know when we have put this in place
I'm moving, what do I do?
For any orders that you've made up to this point, just email contactus365@jackcards.com with your new address and we'll make sure that your address will be adjusted so that you receive your scheduled cards at your new address. As for future orders, please make sure your Google Checkout information is up-to-date, particularly with a new address. To save you a little time, you can follow this link to update your new address information in Google Checkout: http://checkout.google.com. Best of luck in your new home
