How can I find the perfect card?
You can enter keywords in the search field - all of our cards have been assigned keywords to help you find them more easily. You can narrow your search by generic fields as well, such as style, recipient, age group, designer, and event. The more we get to know you, the better we get at picking out cards for you. For members, as you add contacts, we’ll slowly learn your contacts’ birthdays, ages, hobbies, and tastes. That way, when next year comes around, we’ll make suggestions for you.
How are the search results organized?
By designer. That way, if you see something that peaks your interest, you can check out cards by the same designer quickly and easily.
Can I buy just one card to start?
Absolutely. We know that you might want to “test” us. In order to purchase a card, you need to enter in enough data so that we can send you the card, so there is a quick sign-up process. To buy your card you'll be directed to Google's Checkout and after purchasing it you can always return to the Jack Cards website by clicking on the link as directed by Google. So yes, you can buy just one card, but we’re also here to make it easy for those who want to use Jack Cards for all their greeting card needs and we hope after testing Jack Cards you'll be back to buy more.
Can I block adult content?
Unless you’re a member who has specifically stated that you are a) an adult and b) interested in viewing adult content, you cannot even access adult content, so there’s no need to block it. To change your setting, go to Your Account, select Settings and then Email and Password.
