Questions
What are the shipping charges per card?
Shipping is $0.98 cents per card, for cards delivered to addresses in the United States. You can also select Priority Shipping after you click on Checkout (a flat shipping fee of $5.55 per order) for any cards you select to have sent to you now. However if you spend $50 or more (excluding stamps), shipping is FREE to customers in the US!
The cost of stamps is not included in the shipping charges.
Do you send to International customers?
Yes we do! For delivery to customers anywhere outside the US, we unfortunately have to charge $1.90 per card for shipping - whether they are scheduled, set to be delivered to you now, or sent on your behalf directly to a recipient. We aim to reduce this cost soon, so if you create an account, and select to receive our news, we'll let you know when we have put this in place.
How do I know when my cards have been shipped?
You will receive an email once your cards have shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
If you select for your cards to be shipped immediatly, they will ship within 24 hours if they are in stock or within 10 days if they are out of stock. Out-of-stock cards are indicated by a 'Ships in 10 Days' truck icon under the card. If you schedule your cards to be shipped 1, 2 or 4 weeks before an event, we will ship your cards on the scheduled date. Standard shipping time is 5-9 business days, however we find that cards usually arrive within 3-5 days.
Does Jack Cards or another company send me the cards?
Jack Cards sends you the cards from our warehouse based in Lansing, Michigan.
What if a card I ordered doesn’t arrive on time?
If your card doesn’t arrive by the end of the stated shipping time, we’ll send you a new card ASAP. However, if we notice an abnormal number of lost cards, your membership will be canceled until we can determine the cause.
What if a card arrives damaged?
Our envelopes are covered with "Do Not Bend" warnings. Unfortunately the US Postal Service will not guarantee that every postal worker will comply with this message. If your postal worker bends your cards in order to fit them in your mailbox, you may want to have a friendly chat with them or leave them a note to be more gentle with your Jack Cards envelopes. You can also lodge a complaint with your local post office.
I'm moving, what do I do?
For any orders that you've made up to this point, just email contactus365@jackcards.com with your new address and we'll make sure that your address will be adjusted so that you receive your scheduled cards at your new address. As for future orders, please make sure your Google Checkout information is up-to-date, particularly with a new address. What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of our product we are unable to offer returns or refunds, except in the case of a Jack Cards error. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
