What if a card I ordered doesn’t arrive on time?

If your card doesn’t arrive (occasionally cards can get lost in the mail), we’ll send you a new card ASAP. However, members who abuse this privilege will have their memberships canceled and will be denied refunds.

What if a card arrives damaged?

Our envelopes are covered with "Do Not Bend" warnings. Unfortunately the US Postal Service will not guarantee that every postal worker will comply with this message. If your postal worker bends your cards in order to fit them in your mailbox, you may want to have a friendly chat with them or leave them a note to be more gentle with your Jack Cards envelopes. You can also lodge a complaint with your local post office.

If I have a question, concern, or problem, how do I address it?

We understand that you might be anxious to give us a call if you come across any problems. Staffing phones poses two problems: 1) when you call and you are put on hold, it can be frustrating, and 2) we'd have to raise the price of our service to cover the expense. Thus, we’ve set up the following system: 1) go to Contact Us at the upper right-hand corner of this page, 2) submit an email explaining your issue, and 3) don’t forget to include your name and email. For serious issues we'll get back to you within 24 hours but will endeavor to get back to you much sooner! Don’t worry—we know if we don’t respond in time, we’ll lose you and potentially your friends as customers!
